Influence of Sowing Time on Yield and Yield Components of Spring Rapeseed in Lithuania

چکیده
Sowing time, as an element, is important to improving the adaptation of cultivars environmental conditions and achieving high seed yields. The field experiment was conducted from 2018–2019 at Experimental Station Vytautas Magnus University Agriculture Academy. experimental design included treatments with different sowing dates: eight dates in 2018 10 2019. first spring rapeseed carried out when soil reached its physical maturity, i.e., it did not stick agricultural implements crumbled well. other were every seven subsequent days. From 2018–2019, emerged best early May (3 4 May), later reduced emergence rapeseed. In 2018, most pods formed on one plant sown (on 1 June), compared sowings, average 2.8 times more. 2019, by latest-sown (7 1.4 2.7 more previously crops. time have a significant effect number seeds pod. found that pod similar 2018: sowings 19 April 7 June. significantly (5 April). highest 1000-seed weight earliest-sown crop April), which 18.0% higher sowings. last-sown June) lowest. yields early-sown (20 April) highest. Later 20.7 48.2%. yield obtained after late (26 April); significant, average, 1.9 than 3 Meteorological had stronger components date.

The Response of Morphology, Yield and Yield Components of Spring Safflower Genotypes to Different Sowing Dates
In order to study the response of morphology, yield and yield components of spring safflower (Carthamus tinctorious L.) cultivars to different sowing dates, an experiment was carried out using a split-plot design on the basis of a randomized complete block design with four replications, in Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources University of Khouzestan, south-west of Iran at 2016-2017. متن کاملThe effect of plant population densities on growth, yield and yield components of two spring rapeseed cultivars
Rapeseed (Brassica napus L.) is an important alternate oilseed crop in eastern Anatolia, Turkey. No information on plant density for rapeseed is available in this region. Therefore a study was initiated to investigate the effects of spacings between rows and spacings within rows on the yield and agronomic characteristics of two genotypes of spring rapeseed (Tower and Lirawell) in Erzurum, easte...

This study was conducted to determine whether selecting an optimum sowing date couldimprove yield. The experiment consisted of sowing a film-covered, drip-irrigated cotton field onfour sowing dates from April to May in 2011-2012 at the Agrometeorological ExperimentalStation of Wulanwusu, which was in an arid region of north-western China. Late sowing datesproduced less yield and water-use effic...

In order to elucidate the effect of sowing date on oilseed rape (Brassica napus L.) yield and yield components, three varieties including Tower, Rafal and Global were sown from November 7 to December 22, 1998-99 in four dates with 15day intervals in Dezful region. A split-plot design based on randomized complete blocks with four replications was used in which levels of sowing dates and cultivar...
